Since the car launched in the mid of January, there is 23,000 bookings received by Proton, and buyers may need to wait for 5 months at least to get their new car.
Last weeks I only have a chance to look closer to the car, surprisingly, it’s quite spacy and comfortable. The interior is simple, full of PVC but definitely better quality than previous “RM26,999” type Saga. I didn’t test drive the car, but this car seen like a great choice for the buyer at this budget! For more specification and details, check my previous post.
Another Proton car that impress me is Persona, the Gen2-looks-alike car is sedan type, means more spaces than hatch back Gen2. The Persona back seat space is improve (I my head can hit the Gen2 roof at back seat), the interior looks fine to me, I’m not that particular on car’s interior as long as it’s comfortable. The only thing I don’t like, is the silver-strip at the booth cove, looks redundant, simply want to add on something to make different from Gen2.
